My Wireless Phone has kept restarting!

I called my services provider and the support people said the phone OS was corrupted so they had to reinstall the OS on my phone. But he told me that everything would be gone, e.g. phone number, email address, appointment…. Fortunately, I have a habbit to backup my phone to my PC. So after they reinstalled the OS for me, I can also restore everything back to my wireless phone.

I want to share my story with you and hope everyone go to backup their wireless phone NOW!
