A Tale of Two Worlds

We are living in two worlds, real and digital!  Most of us are reading information in the real world, e.g. newspaper, magazine, poster… etc.  But the information is relatively limited and we want to find out more about the news, products and services; so we go to the digital world – internet!

Microsoft Tag is a new and effective link that joins two worlds together.  It is free to create and use. We can add them to our ads, posters, product packages …etc. When our customers see a Tag, they can use the free Tag Reader on their mobile phone to scan it, it will automatically deliver more information, e.g. video, pictures, web page from the digital worlds.  They don’t need to type in the URL, just a simple click!

Here are a few things that Microsoft Tag can do:

  • Integrate print advertising with mobile devices; e.g. subscribe to a FREE 12 month digital magazine.
  • Link to a video.
  • Scan our business card to someone’s address book.
  • Dial a phone number.
  • Display a free message.
  • Provide marketing information with enhanced reporting, such as the number of scans of a particular Tag over time and by marketing channels.

What can we do with Microsoft Tag?  It is only limited by your imagination!
